Apply Now for Education Foundation Scholarships

The Education Foundation offers several scholarship opportunities for graduating seniors:
  • Janet Stevens Art Education Scholarship: A $1,000 non-renewable scholarship will be given in memory of Janet Stevens, who taught art in North Kansas City Schools for more than 30 years. From 1997-2009, she also served as the district’s visual arts coordinator. Applicants must plan to pursue a degree in art education.
  • Vicki Baker Scholarships: These scholarships help financially disadvantaged students who have overcome adversity to be successful in school. Applicants must plan to graduate from one of the district’s four high schools.
