I've seen multiple cars searching for graf artists. It seems like the dead-dog police put more effort to catching non-violent offenders than murderers in this fucking fucked up city...
"He loved art, and he loved to paint," said Kitchekeg's wife, Kamila Gamachova. "It wasn't that he wanted to break the law, this was just something he loved doing."
