Court: sharing files in P2P isn't piracy.

Specialized in fighting with Internet P2P sytems RIAA organization incured defeat in America. American court rejected their proposition
of appreciation that sharing files wchich are protected by copyright law is the same thing as illegal ditribution. This decision can inhibit actions of RIAA and make the organisation to collect more number of evidences before direct case to court.

Decision of court re to lasting almost year process made by RIAA for
Christopher Brenann. Organization accused him of illegal distributing music in P2P network (almost 2 thousands audio files). Brennan appeared at no settlement. In that case RIAA proposed to court to admit his guilty because of introduced evidences. Few days ago judge Janet Bond Arteron informed that court rejected proposition- in her opinion accusers mistakenly assumed that sharing music in Internet is the same thing as illegal distribution. Materials delivered by RIAA don't tell if anyone downloaded something from Brennan.
