Northtown Theatre Assn. (North Kansas City High School’s theatre organization) proudly presents M.O.B.S. XIII (mini off-broadway shows). Students will perform eight, one-act plays including three student-written plays. All are guaranteed to make you laugh and think.
This year's directors are Lindsey O’Brien and Megan Hill, juniors, Hard Can; Taylor Ayers, junior, Stereotypes; Anna Campbell, senior, The Red Lantern; Scott Fagan, senior, Bringing It All Back Home; Deborah Christensen and Karolina Kosinska, juniors, Angelica Whitaker Almost Fell in Love; Kimmi Tarbell, junior, The Raven; Reo Davis, junior, MmmmBetj; and, Sara Wegenka and Kenzie Adams, sophomores, Slop Culture.
Casts include more than six students in the eight plays. Tickets are on sale at the door for $5. Shows are May 6-7, and the fun begins at 7 p.m.
