Check out this awesome new collaborative work between Trip-Hop legend RJD2 and Ethiopian-born Kenna. I'm really enjoying the direction electronic music is heading, as it seems to contain a bit more... I don't know, I suppose you could say soul. Eerie vocals and bells coupled with lots of reverb makes powerful yet all too listenable tracks a repeat-must on my iPod.
RJD2's new album The Colossus is reminiscent of some old DJ Shadow tunes, yet still holds true to his Trip-Hop roots as seen on tracks like The Horror from his classic album Deadringer.
