Indian selectors named a 15-man squad for the matches at Rajkot, Indore (November 17) and Kanpur (Novermber 20) with Murali Vijay the only new face.
The Tamil Nadu batsman is expected to make his international debut in the final Test against Australia after being brought in as replacement for opener Gautam Gambhir, who is serving a one-Test ban.
The other four one-dayers will be played at Bangalore, Cuttack, Guwahati and New Delhi.
England arrive on Thursday and will also play two Tests in Ahmedabad and Mumbai in December.
