Delicious.

Almost everyone likes cakes. But not everyone can make it on himself. I love bake cakes, so i was thinking that maybe i can give you some advices and recipes. My favourite is sponge cake with cream. To do this cake you're going to nead:
-4 eggs
-4 spoons of water
-litle more than half glass of sugar
-1/4 glass of flour
-3/4 glass of potato flour
-2 teaspoons of baking powder.
Preparing: First you need to separate eggs whites from yolks. Than you need to whisk the whites with water until stiff. Later you must gradually add sugar, constantly blending. After that one by one you add yolks. Constantly blending, ofcourse. Next you stoped blending and sift fours with baking powder into dough. When you do it you must slightly mix everything, but you must use spoon to do it! If you use blender, you will ruin whole dough. So you mix until you can't see dry flour. There may be clods but it's ok. After that you pour regularly dough out to cake tin. Baking sheet must be covered by wax paper and rub with butter. Remember to don't level dough to much because it may sink. Next you put dough into oven. It must be earlier warm up to 150 degrees. Then you wait minimum 15 minutes. After that time you can check if cake is already good, lightly press on it. If there aren't big hollows, it menas that cake is ready. When it cool off you can cut it in half and cover of cream. Now some advices. Sponge cake hate wait. So you must do everything fast. It also don't like shacking.
