The Oak Park Pommies will host a Pom & Dance Clinic Sunday, Oct. 11, from 1-4 p.m. in the school's gym. The clinic is for children ages 5 and older. Cost is $25. Participants will learn a dance routine and the Oak Park fight song in preparation to perform on the field during the pre-game ceremony at the Oct. 16 football game. Each "junior pommie" will receive new poms, a picture with one of the Oak Park Pommies, and a snack and drink. The night of the football game, each clinic participant will receive a T-shirt.
