A cool nursery

I came across this super cool nursery while researching a completely different post and oh boy so happy I did! This is Erin´s boy nursery and playroom. Erin is one half of Design Crisis, a spot-on interiors blog, Karly is the other half, and they both have wonderful homes. I love what Erin did in this room. The grey wall colour is so daring, but works really well, don't you think? I love all the fun art and the hot balloon lighting, a vintage find that Erin spray painted. But now let me be honest, what caught my eye was this fantastic vintage Persian rug. I L-O-V-E! Persian rugs make my heart go absolutely crazy. Must be the colours.

Zara has nailed this kids and babies collection, it's the perfect mix of grown up and cuteness.

A Colorful baby shower

How pretty is this baby shower tablescape shoot by Brea McDonald. I love the simplicity of the flowers and warm colors. And I love (yes!) that this theme can be used for any informal gathering. Simple, pretty and stylish!

Ready for the weekend? I definitely am! I have no plans at all, which is always welcome. The weather is getting colder and I'm planning on having some down town, watch films, catch up on your blogs and read the many many magazines I have waiting. 
Might also visit the pop up Kate Spade store. I'll definitely let you know if I make it out of the house ;)

A baby... room

I was caught unprepared and when I saw this I shrieked. Why? because it's like what my dream nursery would be. I love the crib, the bedding, those paper flowers, the yellow cushions, the floor, the light. Everything, this is nursery perfection.

Loving baby showers

I was supposed to go to a baby shower last week, a shower for a very much wanted baby girl, it was my first one (shower that is) and I was really excited! But it never happened, the shower did, me going never happened, I'll spare you the details as it's ewally embarrassing... But well...who doesn't love sweet events? Pinks, yellows, blues! Cakes, cake pops, cupcakes, marshmallows! Paper flowers, balloons! Love, love, love! Some of my faves are here.
