Bachelor' Brad and Emily: It's Over Already, Really
EXCLUSIVE: Moments after Brad Womack proposed to Emily Maynard on last night's 'Bachelor' finale, millions of fans were shocked to learn that the couple have already gone through a breakup, and while Brad told viewers he was ready for marriage, sources tell me the couple has since broken up for good.
"Emily is so insecure, she just isn't cut out for all the fame and attention her relationship is under," a show insider tells me. "The six weeks of shooting the show in paradise was easy, away from prying eyes and photographers, but since they both returned to their normal lives things have been a disaster."
During the finale, Emily, mom to 5-year-old daughter Ricki, accepted Brad's proposal, beating out fellow contestant Chantal O'Brien for Womack's heart. The actual proposal was a tender, romantic moment of television.
"You're so much more to me than a leap of faith," he said. "You're the one. You're my once in a lifetime. I'm asking you to give me your forever."
Later, Emily admitted having trouble watching Brad get intimate with different ladies every Monday night. She also admitted that Brad's temper in real life also took her by surprise. Despite their problems, however, Brad has been trying valiantly to make the relationship work.
"Emily is not able to forgive Brad for what she considers cheating week-after-week with other girls," an in-the-know producer tells me. "It's always hard sending the couple back into reality after they have been living in paradise, but no one in the history of the show has had as hard a time adjusting as Emily."
Like many fans, my source "would love to say they are going to make it, but they don't. After we taped the 'After the Rose,' it was clear to everyone that this one was not going to work."

The King's Speech tops field with 12 Oscar nominations

According to the internet media, its all about the latest news and updates, internet media provided real hot topic information, that news latest updates isBritish historical drama The King's Speech garnered 12 Oscar nominations on Tuesday, leading the competition for the film industry's top honours.
The film, starring Colin Firth as a stammering King George VI, beat rivals including The Social Network, which won the most Golden Globes earlier this month.
True Grit, the Coen brothers' take on the classic Western, came in second with 10 nominations. The Social Network and Inception won eight nominations each for the 83rd annual Academy Awards to be held on February 27.
The King's Speech was a relative latecomer to the Oscars race, and scored only one Golden Globe award.
Firth, who won the Golden Globe for his performance in the British movie, is widely tipped for a Best Actor at the Oscars.
Helena Bonham Carter, who plays King George VI's wife, was nominated for best supporting actress, along with Amy Adams and Melissa Leo for their roles in The Fighter, Hailee Steinfeld in True Grit and Jacki Weaver in Animal Kingdom'
The Social Network had been tipped to earn the most Oscar nominations after winning four awards at the Golden Globes on January 16. But industry observers had noted that the British royal movie could do better at the Oscars because it was better suited to the tastes of the 6,000-plus members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

American Renaissance Denies DHS Charges, Any Affiliation With Shooter
Fox News suggested strong suspicion linking Jared Loughner, the man accused in the Tucson shooting on Saturday, to what it called an "anti-ZOG (Zionist Occupational Government) and anti-semitic" group known as American Renaissance.
In an effort to counter those charges, the head of the organization responded directly to Fox News' James Rosen on Sunday.
Jared Taylor called DHS' views "scurrilous" and took especial issue with the reference to his group being "anti-ZOG."
"That is complete nonsense," he said. "I have absolutely no idea what DHS is talking about. We have never used the term 'ZOG.' We have never thought in those terms. If this is the level of research we are getting from DHS, then Heaven help us."
Taylor, who earned a BA in philosophy from Yale in 1973 and a master's degree in international economics from the prestigious Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris ("Paris Institute of Political Studies," in English) in 1978, says he had never heard of Loughner until yesterday. Taylor says he checked his organization's records going back twenty years and Loughner never subscribed to AmRen's publications.
Taylor says he also has no indication that Loughner ever attended any of AmRen's events, all of which have been held on the East Coast.

TECH SHOW: New T-Mobile USA Head Aggressive With Turnaround

Humm, in an interview at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, said the keys to T-Mobile USA's recovery include lowering the rate of customer defections and offering more value to customers in the form of affordable smartphones and price plans.
He also has to convince customers that T-Mobile's network is comparable to the next generation of wireless services being rolled out by his competitors. To that end, he brashly labeled his network "4G," even though it has been traditionally considered "3G."
The move damped Sprint Nextel Corp.'s (S) perceived lead in 4G and got T-Mobile USA into the game ahead of Verizon Wireless's next-generation network launch. AT&T Inc. (T) has opted to follow T-Mobile USA's lead and call both its current and upcoming upgraded network 4G.
"We like to challenge the way business is done," Humm said.

Intel's Sandy Bridge sucks up to Hollywood with DRM
CHIPMAKER Intel has cut a deal with Hollywood in its Sandy Bridge chips to put digital restrictions management (DRM) in them.Intel's sellout to the big media companies makes it 'safer' for Hollywood studios to offer premium movies to consumers on locked-down personal computers. No doubt the media content cartels and Intel are dreaming monopolistic visions of extracting big rents to stream everything online.
According to Reuters, Time Warner's digital distribution unit and other studios plan to offer high-definition movies to consumers who have PCs with Intel Sandy Bridge chips inside, simultaneous with releasing them on DVD.
Apparently the media cartels are dead keen to get their content on PCs that are locked-down even to the level of the chip.
Mooly Eden, Intel's VP and general manager of the PC client group said that Intel's embedded DRM allows content to be streamed to computers with Sandy Bridge chips and that Chipzilla is making deals with all the studios and content distributors to make it available.
