This week, the Dow Jones Newspaper Fund chose Christina Geabhart, journalism teacher for Oak Park High School, as a national Distinguished Adviser of the Year.
Distinguished Advisers will be awarded a free subscription to The Wall Street Journal Classroom Edition, a co-sponsor, which includes 30 copies of the full-color newspaper for students, a free Teacher Guide, unlimited access to the Classroom Edition Web site and a daily Journal. In addition, one student at each of the four Distinguished Advisers schools will receive a $500 college scholarship.
