5K Supports Your School and the Education Foundation

Sign up now for the RUN NKC Schools 5K scheduled Saturday, May 22, at North Kansas City High School. The event for runners and walkers begins at 9 a.m. at the District Football Stadium, and the course winds through Macken Park and residential areas of North Kansas City.

When you sign up, $5 of your registration fee will go to the PTA or booster club of the school designated on your registration form. Organizations at all 30 of the district’s high schools, middle schools and elementary schools are eligible to receive funds. The 5K also benefits the North Kansas City Schools Education Foundation.

Pre-registration costs $25 per person, while same-day registration is $30. An all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast will be served at the District Football Stadium from 8-11 a.m. Cost of the breakfast is $5 per person at the event.
