The Gifted Association of Missouri (GAM) has named Nancy Pate, gifted teacher at New Mark Middle School, winner of their Outstanding Educator of Gifted Award for her contributions to the field of gifted education in Missouri.The presentation was made to Pate at the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) conference Nov. 7 in St. Louis.
