The recently sued Jacko by the Bahranian Prince now says that the $7 million that he got from the Prince was just a gift and not an advance payment for the album, autobriography, and stage play that Khalifa is claiming.Where on the other hand the prince is claiming that Jacko owes him 7 million buckaroos for a contract that the Prince of Pop never carried through with.
The prince complained that he has been both hurt and betrayed as a professional and a friend and therefore he also bankrolled Jacko's stay in Bahrain.Jackson's camp is arguing that the contract was signed on behalf of Al Khalifa's endeavored label 2 Seas Records, which never got off the ground.
Judge Nigel Sweeney will make his decision on Thursday.
